Modeling a laser cut camera case

I recently received Pibow cases for my media centre and print server Pis. I was surprised at how solid the entire case feels once everything is complete, so I downloaded the cutting files for the Pibow from Thingiverse as a starting point for a laser-cut case for my camera. This SketchUp shot is a starting point- I still need to accommodate the mode dial and tripod mount. I'm planning on finishing this week and laser-cutting from white oak ply on the weekend
